Welcome centers

Our Welcome Centers are designed to be an extension of Circuit of The Americas branding efforts and development of the COTA service culture. Each Welcome Center will provide incoming guests to the Austin area and COTA with the following:

General Information
Problem Resolution
Brand Awareness of COTA and Sponsors
Concierge Services
Opportunity to educate patrons across all customer segments at designated locations

TENT WELCOME CENTERS

There will be two Welcome Center Tent locations around Austin. One will be centrally located downtown at the Austin Fan Fest on the corner of 4th and Congress. The second location will be in the SoCo District on South Congress and Gibson Street.
