FAQ
Q. Can anyone purchase on-site parking passes?
A. On-site parking passes are available for purchase to all ticket holders at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 1-800-745-3000.
Q. Is there an entrance to the track near each on-site parking lot?
A. Yes, there are entrances to the facility near each parking lot.
Q. What is the policy for motorcycles?
A. All motorcycles, as well as any other motorized or electric vehicle, will require a parking permit to park on-site at the facility.

Limousine/Taxicab/Charter Bus Parking Information
Please contact R&R Limousine & Bus, Official Ground Transportation Partner of Circuit of The Americas, to secure ground transportation at (512) 947-7433.
Limousines
- Limousines (or any chauffeured vehicle) will be required to have proper licensing in order to operate in greater Austin. Please contact Marcy Cardona (administrative specialist) or call (512) 974-1551 for the City’s requirements.
- Properly licensed limos will require a special parking permit to enter COTA and must follow the parking instructions on the back of that placard to gain access. Operators may purchase parking placards from COTA or use a parking permit purchased by their client. Please confer with your client. After passenger drop-off, these vehicles will be required to remain on property in a designated holding area until the client is ready to leave.
- Idling must be limited to 30 minutes or less.
Taxicab
- Taxicabs will be required to have proper licensing in order to operate in greater Austin. Please contact Marcy Cardona or call (512) 974-1551 for the City’s requirements. Properly licensed taxis will then require a special parking permit to enter COTA and must follow the parking instructions on the back of that permit in order to gain access. Taxicabs may only enter the taxicab lot in order to unload or load. This will be strictly enforced.
- Parking directions will be supplied with your parking permit. It is extremely important that these directions be followed to ensure smooth and organized access.
- Idling must be limited to 30 minutes or less.
Charter Bus
- Charter Buses (or any chauffeured vehicle) will be required to have proper licensing in order to operate in greater Austin. Please contact Marcy Cardona (administrative specialist) or call (512) 974-1551 for the City’s requirements.
- Properly licensed charter buses will require a special parking permit to enter COTA and must follow the parking instructions on the back of that permit to gain access. Operators can purchase parking permits from COTA, or their client may purchase the parking permit. Please confer with your client. After passenger drop-off, these vehicles will be required to remain on property in a designated holding area until the client is ready to leave.
- Idling must be limited to 30 minutes or less.
