311 and Sublime with Rome will be hitting the road this summer for their respective headlining tours. Fans in Austin have the opportunity to see both bands come together for a memorable night of music with guests Dirty Heads, Matisyahu and Tribal Seeds Friday, August 5###sup at Austin360 Amphitheater at Circuit of The Americas.

Multiplatinum rock band 311 is currently writing and recording their 12###sup studio album for projected release in early 2017.
In celebration of the band’s 25th year anniversary, 311 released their box set ARCHIVE (June 2015), featuring 4 CDs, 81 tracks of b-sides, bonus racks, pre-production recordings and demos from 1992-2014. Plus a 60 page book of rare photos and memorabilia.
Their latest studio recording STEREOLITHIC (March 2015), debuted at #6, making the band’s 9###sup consecutive album to debut in the top 10 on Billboard’s Top 200 Album Chart. The album also entered #1 on the Rock and Indie Charts.
Sublime with Rome – Eric Wilson (bass), Josh Freese (drums) and Rome Ramirez (vocals/guitar) – will surely have a set list packed with the groups iconic hits including tracks from their most recent release, Sirens (July 2015, BMG). Co-produced by Paul Leary and Rome, the 11-track album features the singles “Wherever You Go” and “Sirens” (which also features Jared and Duddy B from Dirty Heads).
“This summer tour is going to be a very special one for us,” said Rome. “Dirty Heads are family, so to be able to hit the road with them again is a blessing. Performing “Lay Me Down” with them and in return having them come out for our song, “Sirens” is going to be something all of the fans will remember!”
